With your tapas in the bag the next stop full of delicacies is Van den Berg bakery (aka Van Vliet). A famous name in Gouda for its syrup waffles and other pies and pastries. They even sell syrup waffles liquor!

A popular place for tourists with an actual operational syrup waffle bakery to visit. Their syrup waffles were taken to all corners of the world, so we do recommend to make sure you visit this wonderful shop and lunchroom.
